Sweets
Sevierville’s sweet shops cover the whole range, hand-dipped ice cream on a hot afternoon, fudge cut to order, candy counters that keep kids occupied while the adults catch their breath. Most sit close enough to the shopping and attractions that they work as a stop rather than a destination.
A few of these are worth the drive on their own. If you’re heading toward Pigeon Forge afterward, this is the better place to stop first, same quality, shorter lines, easier parking.
Real frozen custard made fresh daily at Andy's on Dolly Parton Pkwy. Concretes, Jackhammers, sundaes, and seasonal specials; drive-through and walk-up.
A 1950s soda fountain downtown with Irvey's local ice cream, hand-mixed phosphate sodas, specialty shakes, and the Hello Dolly Turkey Sandwich.
At Cruze Farm on the Parkway, Jersey cows on a Knoxville dairy supply the milk for every batch of soft serve. Lavender Honey, affogatos, and farm milk to go.
At the Apple Barn in Sevierville, The Apple Valley Creamery makes every batch of ice cream in-house and bakes breads, cobblers, and brownies from scratch.
