Italian
Sevierville’s Italian cooking is a sit-down affair rather than a quick slice, house-made pasta, a proper wine list, and a kitchen turning out wood-fired pizza alongside the plated dishes. It’s the category to pick when you want a table for two hours instead of twenty minutes, and it holds up whether you’re feeding a family or eating on your own after a long day.
This is a small category and deliberately so. We add restaurants here as they earn it, so what you see is the ones worth the drive rather than everything in the county serving marinara.
