Fine Dining
For an anniversary, a birthday, or the one night of the trip that isn’t about the kids, Sevierville has two restaurants that take it seriously, chef-driven menus, a real bar program, and service that doesn’t rush you toward the door. Neither requires a jacket, but both reward dressing up a little.
The practical argument is that you don’t have to drive to Knoxville for this anymore. Thirty minutes each way, at night, after a bottle of wine, was always the weak point in a nice evening out here. Reserve ahead, both rooms are small and fill early in the week during peak season.
Inside Sevierville's Historic Central Hotel, Seasons 101 serves upscale seasonal cuisine from an award-winning kitchen with Sunday brunch and a full bar.
A contemporary Southern Appalachian restaurant, driven by local farm sourcing, an open wood-fire kitchen, and a menu printed fresh every day.
