Abrams Creek Campground Description

Three of the draws for this campground are: 1) Abrams Creek flows right next to the campground, 2) it is not heavily utilized, and 3) it is one of the smallest campgrounds in the park.

In addition, this campground is a great place to camp and still have access to Townsend’s grocery stores, park-approved firewood, restaurants, etc.

Abrams Creek Campground has 16 campsites equipped with picnic tables and fire rings with cooking grates. You can park your vehicle right at the campsite.

The maximum length for an RV using this facility is 12 feet. The road is narrow approaching the campground and the turnaround does not accommodate larger vehicles.

The campground has cold running water and restrooms with flushing toilets. It does not have showers, electricity, or water hookups.
