Qualla Java roasts Colombian beans in-house on Tsalagi Road, pours signature drinks called the Spear Finger and the Bear Zone, sells whole beans to take home, and puts its seating on the Oconaluftee riverfront. Grounded. runs specialty lattes alongside Cuban sandwiches, chicken avocado crepes, all-day breakfast and homemade cheesecake, and it’s the one that welcomes dogs. Between them you can get a serious cup of coffee or a full meal, and either way you can sit outside.
